Consultant (m/f) Practice Group Change

Responsibilities:
 
As Consultant you will orchestrate internal and external communications programmes for transformation and change. You will work closely with our experienced senior management teams, change agents and communications professionals and plan effective change processes. Together with your project team that you are leading you will find the best communication approach for our international clients.
 
Profile:  

• academic degree in management sciences, organizational development, HR or communications management
• 3 to 5 years of working experience in communications or change management on corporate or/and agency or/and consultancy side (i.e. experience in human resources with emphasis on organizational development or management coaching, internal communications, project management in corporate consultancy with focus on change management)
• people and team leadership skills –experience to lead diverse, international project teams
• good experience in managing of change processes and coaching of management teams and top executives
• well balanced experience in all aspects of corporate communications – external communications and organizational communications, strategic approach to conception of communication strategies and change management projects
• excellent skills in written and spoken German and English. Additional languages are welcome
