The Internet is now an integral part of public relations. Pleon's Online Relations practice develops and implements solutions which support and optimise communications between enterprises and their customers, and between employees and their business partners through strategic internet-based communications.

 

We have executed several projects – from e-cards to large internet portals. Some of these involve a fully fledged web presence, while others involve only certain aspects such as e-publishing or e-marketing. A well thought out strategy is the basis for success through the internet. For us, this means carrying out a detailed analysis of our clients' goals. This is the basis on which we design, develop and create their web sites. And since presence alone is no guarantee of success on internet, we also market their sites by integrating them into their communications "mix" – both online and offline. Our analyses then determine whether their sites have achieved their objectives. We examine the response of various target groups to the online offering; and use the findings to optimise our clients' online strategies.
