Project Executive PR (m/f) Practice Group Change

Responsibilities:
 
As Project Executive PR you will work on powerful internal and external communications programmes for transformation and change. With our experienced senior management teams, change agents and communications professionals you will work for an effective change process. In close cooperation with your team you will find the best communication approach for our international clients.

Profile:  

• academic degree in management sciences, organizational development, HR or communications management
• 2 to 3 years of working experience in communications or change management on corporate or/and agency or/and consultancy side (i.e. experience in human resources with emphasis on organizational development or management coaching, internal communications, project management in corporate consultancy with focus on change management)
• ability to work in diverse, international project teams
• high level of commitment
• experience in management of change processes
• well balanced experience in all aspects of corporate communications – external communications and organizational communications, strategic approach to conception of communication strategies and change management projects
• excellent skills in written and spoken German and English. Additional languages are welcome
