Pleon C-Matrix was established in 1992 with an office in Baar (moved to Zurich in 2006), at the gateway between the legendary Swiss Alps and the main business centres in Central Switzerland and Zurich. In 2001 Syntagme, a company that had built an excellent reputation for over 30 years in the French speaking part of Switzerland, joined C-Matrix and enabled it to provide coverage for the whole of the country. From 1 July 2005, Pleon C-Matrix Zurich and Geneva are the exclusive co-branded offices of Pleon in Switzerland.

Pleon C-Matrix is currently managed by its owners Dr. Alfred Köcher (Managing Partner, Zurich office) and Luc Giacobino (Managing Partner, Geneva office).
