Pleon Talan, the Ukrainian arm of Pleon based in Kyiv, is a recognized specialist in brand and corporate PR.

The agency has experienced significant growth since our inception in 1997 as the PR department of PROVID/BBDO, a member of the BBDO Worldwide Network. In 1998, Talan Communications became a wholly-owned PR and Promotions Agency.

At Pleon Talan, we believe in bringing big creative ideas to our clients and delivering them with team spirit and professionalism. Our staff of 20 consultants provides Brand management, corporate and consumer consulting, media relations, reputation management, image consulting, internal communications, and crisis management to our clients.

Pleon Talan consults to a number of technology and consumer brands – from electronics to packaged goods and soft drinks. A recognised champion in our field, in 2004 the agency was awarded an IPRA Proba 2nd prize for the “best PR project of the year.” We also became the only Ukrainian finalist to receive a “Silver Archer” Russian PR award.
